At this time we do not ship internationally.

Yes, Faye offers Virtual Acne Bootcamp programs.

Shipping will be calculated in your cart at checkout based on the weight of the product(s) you are purchasing as well as your shipping location.

Faye will reach out to you via Facetime, unless you do not have an iPhone. If you do not have an iPhone, please email us and we will provide you with a Zoom link.

Unfortunately, if you are sick you will still be charged for your appointment. This does include COVID-19.

Due to Faye's limited availability we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more CONSECUTIVE appointments. Our advice is to not book any appointment until you are absolutely positive that you will be available.

Upon booking an in-studio consultation and treatment, you will have a 30 minute consultation to fill out your medical history and discuss your skin concerns, and budget and Faye will create a treatment plan for you. 

We recommend budgeting anywhere from $300-$600 if you are wanting to get serious about your skin. Faye prefers for each and every one of her clients to be on a full regimen curated by her, for optimal results. Great skin is 80% homecare & 20% treatment. Don’t worry if you don’t have a high budget, Faye will most likely start you off with products that fit your price range and will schedule you next for a treatment. We work with all budgets big or small, but be prepared to invest in your skin!

There is no difference, it just gives Faye a heads up on what your main concern is. Don’t stress out if you have acne and book a Virtual Consultation, they are treated the same.

Book a Consultation if you are a first time client, if you are a returning client and do not know what to book next, please call the office. It is best to book out 3-4 more treatments at the end of your appointment to avoid any confusion.

Yes, the Acne Bootcamp program is a 12 week program that consists of you receiving a chemical peel or hydrating enzyme treatment every two weeks depending on Faye's analysis of your skin.

Please arrive on time, and with a bare face. If you are coming from work and cannot remove your makeup, a cleanser will be provided but please note this will cut into your appointment time. Please have a detailed list of products you are currently using at home, or bring them with you. Also try not to purchase any new skincare products before your first appointment as she will definitely be recommending a curated home care regimen for you.

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable and the appointment time is limited, we ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

If you fail to confirm your appointment, via text confirmation, email confirmation, or the phone calls 5 days prior to appointment, we reserve the right to cancel and charge the FULL amount of the appointment.

If full payment is not received to do cancellation, you must pay this invoice prior to booking another appointment at Haus of Lafayette Aesthetics.

Haus of Lafayette Aesthetics reserves the right to charge full price of the service booked for any appointment that is not cancelled within a 24 hour advance notice.

A client with three cancellations in a row risks being terminated from our practice.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on any products or services. No exceptions. This includes your NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT for all Consultations.

Yes, you will be charged a  non-refundable deposit depending on the price of the service that will go towards your balance.

If you are 10 minutes late to an appointment, you will automatically be billed a $15 late fee. After 15 minutes, you will not be billed the additional $15 but we will have to reschedule your appointment and charge full cost of service.

You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days from the date it was due it will be sent to collections and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely from Haus of Lafayette Aesthetics.

To uphold the safest environment possible we kindly request ONLY those receiving services be present in the service areas.

If you cannot comply with this policy you may be asked to reschedule.

Yes! One of Faye's many skills is that she is a pro at curating effective and results driven skin care regimens. Please use our Booking Link to schedule a virtual consult with Faye and make sure you have a budget in mind and a bare face!

Acne Bootcamp is a 12 week program that Faye has curated to become 100% effective for all types of acne. Acne bootcamp can be done in person and virtually (see virtual acne FAQ) If you are an in studio patient, you will come in every 2 weeks for an acne peel and Faye will put you on a full acne regimen. Please be prepared to spend $400- $600 at your initial appointment for your full homecare. These products will last you the full duration of the program and even after. All of your products will run out at a different time, so don’t stress, you won’t be spending this much every 3 months.

When you become an acne bootcamp client, whether virtual or in person you should receive access to our Face Reality Portal. If you do not have access please email hausoflafayette@gmail.com and request access to the Face Reality Portal.

No, once it leaves our studio it cannot be returned. If you have a defective product or damaged product from shipping please bring it in clinic so we may exchange it with the company. Or if you are virtual, please email hausoflafayette@gmail.com photos or videos of the damaged merchandise.

Check your tracking link, please contact UPS immediately and file a claim. Unfortunately once a package leaves our facility, there is not much we can do. We will do our best to work with you and UPS to ensure you get your products!

You may notice when purchasing that there will be two options, you can either order directly through us which will be shipped directly from our studio or you can shop through the company’s link which will ship from their facility. Faye makes commission on her affiliated links so don’t worry, you are still supporting our business! Please note Faye does not carry all of Glymed’s or Face Reality products in studio so you will have to use her affiliated link to purchase those.
